I am a multifaceted entrepreneur, franchise leader, and community builder with over 20 years of experience in sales, communication, and board management. My career has been driven by a passion for building sustainable businesses while creating meaningful impact within the communities I serve.
I am a devoted mother of two, Joshua and Shenique, and I proudly wear many hats as a mentor, business owner, and ordained minister. These roles have shaped my leadership style, grounding it in empathy, integrity, and purpose.
As a social entrepreneur, I strongly believe in the power of community service and collaboration. I am an active member of several local and international associations focused on developing skills, expanding opportunities, and empowering individuals within their communities.
I am also the owner of Delicious Treats Franchise, a thriving hospitality and school food service brand. Through this venture, I achieved the distinction of being recognized as the First Female Franchise Owner in Barbados, along with receiving several other industry and leadership awards.
My work continues to center around mentorship, business growth, and creating pathways for others to succeed through entrepreneurship.
