Her professional journey began in the creative industry as a model with Assets Model Agency in Dublin, where she worked on campaigns for global brands such as Discover Ireland and Harvey Nichols. These early experiences sharpened her instinct for brand image, storytelling, and consumer connection, giving her a unique perspective on how to position and elevate brands.
Lucia spent a decade at No-H2O, initially as Online Marketing Manager and later as CTO. In these roles, she directed marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital strategy while also managing the app development team responsible for creating and launching the first on-demand carwash app in Europe and the U.S. She oversaw the project from concept and technical build through rollout across multiple cities, aligning the product’s innovation with compelling brand positioning and user acquisition strategies.
